Certification Overview
Becoming Virtuoso Certified benefits both the individual who completed the certification and companies who integrate any Virtuoso Composer agents built by the individual.
Once certified, any agents on the Virtuoso Marketplace will include the Virtuoso Certified badge.
The badge notes to the company that this agent can be trusted and the person who has built the agent has been trained and vetted by Yardi.
Generally, the stages of certification are completed in the following order:
You reach out to Yardi to register and receive the training and certification courses
Training and certification courses are taken and successfully completed
Yardi reaches out with confirmation of course completion and agent creation & submission eligibility
You build your first agents then submit them
Upon successful agent submissions, Yardi certifies your account

Registering for Virtuoso Certification
To start the certification process, you must first register with Yardi. Registration grants you access to the Virtuoso Certification course online learning courses.
To submit your registration, send an email to [email protected] and [email protected] with the subject header Virtuoso Certification Registration. Within the body of the email, include:
Your Yardi Company PIN (e.g., 100012345)
Your YardiOne URL (e.g., https://company.yardione.com)
The email address you use to log into your company’s YardiOne instance
Within two (2) business days, your account will gain access to the Virtuoso courses within Yardi Aspire, an online learning software.
IMPORTANT: Virtuoso Certification is currently only available to consultants within Yardi's Independent Consulting Network (ICN). It may be come available in the future for others.
Completing Course Content
Virtuoso Certification courses are made up of various topics, including trainings on technology like Model Context Protocol (MCP); as well as, proprietary training specific to Virtuoso Marketplace. Complete the course content at your leisure.
Gaining access to create and submit Virtuoso Composer agents
Within two (2) business days of completing the Virtuoso courses successfully, you’ll receive a confirmation email from someone on the Yardi side. The notification will let you know that your completion has been received and that you’re now eligible to create and submit Composer AI agents into Virtuoso Marketplace.
Building and submitting Virtuoso Composer agents
Once you’ve received access to create and submit Composer agents, it’s time to start creating. Create and validate your Composer agents within Virtuoso Marketplace. When you’re happy with an agent, submit the agents for Yardi development review.
Don’t forget! As part of the submission process, don’t forget to include all the necessary required documentation to ensure the approval process is seamless.
You’re now Virtuoso Certified!
Once you’ve completed the certification and Yardi has approved your submitted AI agents, you’ll officially earn the Virtuoso Certified title, good job!
You’ll begin seeing the Virtuoso Certified badge on your published Composer agents within Virtuoso Marketplace.
