YardiOne login errors

An error occurred while processing your request

If you run into the error message An error occurred while processing your request while authenticating into Virtuoso Marketplace using YardiOne, then it may mean your YardiOne company isn't setup to allow logins into Virtuoso Marketplace.

Your YardiOne administrator can resolve this by adding the Virtuoso Marketplace YardiOne application to your YardiOne company.

To add the Virtuoso Marketplace application to YardiOne

  1. Navigate to YardiOne Admin Settings

  2. Go to Apps then click the Add New button

  3. The New App pop-up appears. Select the Web App button

  4. On the New App - Web App screen, search and select the Virtuoso Marketplace tile then click the right arrow button

  5. Follow the prompts then click Save.
